James Gordon is the commissioner of the Gotham Police Department. He is the father of Barbara Gordon and friend of Batman. He is featured in the movie franchise, The Caped Crusader Trilogy.
He is seen in the first part of the movie taking Joe Chill into interrogation with his police partner, Harvey Bullock.
